A: You can schedule an appointment by calling our office or stopping by in person. We offer convenient hours, including early mornings, to fit your schedule.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This helps us accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care.
Q: What should I expect at my first visit?
A: Your first appointment will include a full oral examination, cancer screening, digital x-rays (if needed), digital scans, photos and a one-on-one consultation with either Dr. Thee or Dr. Traxler. We'll review your dental health, discuss any concerns or goals, and create a customized treatment plan.

Q: Do you take my insurance?
A: We are an out of network provider and will electronically file your dental insurance for you. Our front desk team will gladly verify your benefits and help you maximize your coverage.
Q: What if I don’t have dental insurance?
A: No insurance? No problem. We accept Checks, Visa and Mastercard

A: Yes. We provide clear, upfront treatment plans with detailed pricing before any work begins. Transparency is part of our patient-first philosophy.
